Taylor Farms began in California’s Salinas Valley - known as America’s Salad Bowl - where Bruce Taylor became the third generation in his family to work in fresh produce. In 1995, he co‑founded Taylor Fresh Foods with a simple but ambitious vision: to create North America’s favourite salads and fresh foods, led by quality, innovation, and flavour.
Here in Aotearoa, our own story started earlier, in 1980, as a small family‑run business focused on bringing Kiwis fresh, convenient, and high‑quality meal solutions. What began as a humble local operation has grown into a trusted NZ market leader - GSF Fresh, grounded in great ingredients, delicious flavours, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
Today, these paths come together.
