Ingredients

  • 1 bag Taylor Farms Mexican Street Corn Chopped Kit

  • Mexican‑style shredded chicken (store‑bought rotisserie or homemade)

  • Hard shell tacos

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil or neutral oil

  • Smoked paprika, to taste

  • Ground cumin, to taste

  • Juice of ½ lime, plus extra to serve

  • Fresh coriander (optional)

  • Sliced jalapeño or hot sauce (optional, for heat)

Directions

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, paprika, cumin, and lime; cook 2–3 minutes until warm.

2. Warm hard shell tacos as per packet instructions or briefly crisp in a dry skillet.

3. Add the Mexican Street Corn Chopped Kit to a bowl. Toss well to combine.

4. Spoon chicken into taco shells.
Top generously with tossed salad mix.

5. Garnish with coriander, jalapeño, or hot sauce. Finish with extra lime and serve.
